INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE:  Integrative massage involves the application of multiple hands-on techniques to promote physiological changes such as relaxation and pain relief. Sessions may include a blending of techniques such as; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial stretching, Applied Hot and/or Cold Therapy, and Reiki.  60 or 90 minute sessions available!

PRE-NATAL MASSAGE: Designed to relieve discomforts of pregnancy, prenatal massage is also used to boost mood, improve sleep and enhance overall well-being. The technique most commonly used for this type of massage is "effleurage", otherwise known as Swedish, which consists of a lighter pressure and long, slow movements. 60 minute sessions available!

SPORTS MASSAGE/MRT(SM):  MRT=Muscle Release Technique (SM) is a unique injury therapy that combines compression, extension, movement and breath as a tool to provide pain relief. Scar tissue is broken up, muscle is lengthened, muscle memory is restored and, in many cases, relief from pain is felt immediately! You will be required to change position frequently in order receive the maximum benefit from the stretching. Therefore, it is recommended that clients bring/wear shorts and that women also bring/wear a tank top or sports bra. 60 or 90 minute sessions available.

DECOMPRESS...Express: 30 minutes of focused work on those areas of chronic tension such as neck, shoulders, back and feet. Now it's easier and more convenient than ever to relax!

REIKI:  Reiki is a light touch healing technique which gently facilitates each person's own ability to find and maintain balance in body, mind and spirit.  Reiki is a very simple and enjoyable way to achieve this balance.  Reiki aids the body in releasing stress and tension by creating deep relaxation.  Reiki enables the body to do what it does best, heal itself.  Typically 30 or 60 minutes in duration and take place with the client lying fully clothed on a massage table.  If you like, Reiki can also be incorporated into a regular Massage session as well.

CHAIR MASSAGE for your workplace or special event:  Chair massage sessions relieve tired, overused muscles, reduces stress and restore energy for your co-workers, friends or guests!  Sessions are typically 10-15 minutes in duration, but can be adjusted to accommodate your needs. **Call for rates and to discuss your event

Cancelation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for another client to schedule. Without 24 hours advance notice, a cancelation charge of $40.00 for 60 minute appointments and $60 for 90 minute appointments will be applied. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment and will be charged to the credit card on file.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. Payment is full is required and will be charged to the credit card on file. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other scheduled appointments. Depending upon time of arrival, it will be determined if there is enough time remaining to begin a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, if any, payment in full is required and will be charged to the credit card on file. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
